This jelly has a delicate, slightly floral aroma of chrysanthemum and sweetness of the dried longan. After having feasted on so many goodies during the festive holidays, I made these healthy jellies with dried chrysanthemum flowers and longan

Pour into pan and decorate with chrysanthemum flowers and wolf berries. 15g of dried yellow chrysanthemum flowers – soaked & washed clean. Boil 1250ml water in a pot on medium heat, when the water boils, add in the dried chrysanthemum flowers boils for 15minutes , add in wolf berries and boils for another 3 minuutes. Dissolve the agar agar powder with 3 tbsp of water and add to the chrysanthemum tea. 15g of dried yellow chrysanthemum flowers – soaked & washed clean
