I am submitting this post to Asian Food Fest. 豉油是粤语酱油的意思,豉油皇炒面是用酱油来调味,加上芽菜和韭菜一起炒,一道港式的街坊炒面。每次看港剧,一到早餐的那一幕总会有白粥,油炸鬼(油条)和炒面的出现,每次看到都觉得一定很美味吧!看到基絲汀对豉油皇炒面的要求,就觉得非试这个食谱不可,这个面我炒了两次,第一次只炒了食谱的一半份量,虽然只有面和调味料,不过我已经觉得很不错,这次正式炒,跟足食谱的做法,卖相和味道都很好,面不会太油,调味也不会太重,加上爽脆的芽菜,口感非常好!
