The last time I made this was using bacon (click here for Easy Pan-Fry Enoki Bacon Rolls recipe). This time I used frozen thin sliced pork belly instead of bacon, drizzle some homemade teriyaki sauce and it taste better than the bacon version
This round I stir-fry the sliced pork with Korean BBQ bulgogi sauce, with that one tablespoon of tapioca flour add to the sliced pork, it makes lot of difference to the end result as the meat is tender and succulent
