Ingredients

  • 20 dumplings
  • 900 gm glutinous rice flour
  • 50 gm dried prawns
  • 50 gm shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp
  • 15 gm
  • 125 ml hot water for 10 minutes. Strain, keep the tea leaves and discard the tea
  • 40 rice dumpling leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp each of salt and sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp 5 spice powder
  • ½ tsp msg
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 500-600 gm pork belly
  • 20 to 22 pieces
  • 10 dried mushrooms
  • 20-22 chestnuts
  • 30 minutes, rinsed and boil in water until soft
  • 5 salt
  • 10 minutes and quartered
  • 50 gm shallots
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp 5 spice powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp msg
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of rice, add a slice of pork, a piece of mushroom,
  • 1-2 tablespoon of rice
