This round I stir-fry the sliced porkwith Korean BBQ bulgogi sauce, with that one tablespoon of tapioca flour add to the sliced pork, it makes lot of difference to the end result as the meat is tender and succulent

Then, add in noodles to stir-fry till evenly and thicken, add in eggs to continue stir-fry for well combined, lastly, add in green onionsand white sesame
Add prawns and squid, stir fry the seafood until cooked, dish out and set aside. Place some prawn and minced pork fillings in the middle of one wonton wrapper, Damp the edges of wonton wrapper with some water
Add in the meat, stir fry to mix well and add in seasoning. Lower heat to simmer until meat is tender, return fried salted fish and fry until well mixed and gravy reduced
First, washed the shrimps and then seasoned it with Chinese white cooking rice wine and then coat with sweet potato starch (you can use cornstarch as well)
