Ingredients

  • 4 grade A eggs
  • sugar
  • 3 in
  • 1 white coffee
  • 1. Beat eggs, ovalette and sugar till fluffy
  • 2. Add in sifted flour in few batches and beat in low speed
  • 3. Add in oil and coconut cream alternately
  • 4. Divide the batter into
  • 5. Steam the cake layer by layer, every layer steam for
  • 8 minutes, the last layer steam for
  • 15-20 minutes
  • 6. Let it cool
