Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Kampung Chicken Leg (free range chicken)
  • 1. Wash and dry the chicken
  • 2. Topped with ginger
  • 3. Steam for 15 minutes or until just cooked. Garnish with spring onion or coriander (optional). Serve warm with steamed rice.
