Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Leg (I use free
  • 2 inches long Codonopsis Root (Dang Shen) 党参 2寸
  • 1 small slice Angelica (Dang Gui) 当归
  • 4 Seedless Red Dates 红枣
  • 1/2 tbsp Wolfberries 枸杞子 半汤匙
  • 1/2 tbsp Yu Zhu 玉竹 半汤匙
  • 3/4 tsp Salt 盐 3
  • 4 小匙
  • 1/4 tsp Soy Sauce 酱油 1
  • 4 小匙
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油 1
  • 4 小匙
  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • 2. Transfer to an aluminum foil
  • 3. Return to room temperature, steam in a hot steamer for
  • 20-25 分钟或蒸至刚熟
  • 4. Serve warm with steamed rice
