  • 1. Marinate the ribs in all of the above for at least 2 hours.
  • 2. Add the above flour to the marinated ribs. Don
  • 3. Deep fry the ribs in peanut oil over Medium heat till golden brown.
  • 37 which is really bitter but has a nice roast)
  • 4. Mix to combine the above in a sauce pot and heat gently over Low heat.
  • 5. Taste and adjust accordingly to preference. Add corn flour to thicken the sauce
  • 6. Return deep fried ribs to sauce pot and toss with sauce till well covered. May garnish with toasted sesame seeds or sliced roasted almonds. Serve immediately.
