  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup milk
  • 225 g sugar
  • 60 g water
  • 90 g butter, cut into 6 pcs
  • 115 g whipping cream
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp salt
  • 3 egg whites, room temperature
  • 168 g sugar
  • 203 g butter, slightly softened
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.5 - 2.5 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
