Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 3

  • 1. In a stand mixer, mix
  • 2. In a bowl, mix
  • 3. Gradually knead in
  • 4. Continue to knead until the dough passes the windowpane test
  • 5. Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl
  • 6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured worktop
  • 7. Roll up the dough
  • 8. Transfer the dough to a baking tin
  • 9. Cover with cling wrap and let it proof for
  • 10. Bake in a preheated oven
  • 20 minutes
  • 2, bake for another
  • 5 minutes
  • 11. Remove the bread from the oven, remove it from the baking tin and cool it on a rack
