Ingredients

  • 300 gm pork tenderlion
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 small piece of salted fish fillet
  • 1 spring onions
  • 1 inch length
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 dried chillies
  • 1 tbsp each of oyster sauce and light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp each of dark soy sauce and sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150-200 ml water
