  • 2 Onigirazu (4 pieces)
  • 2 slices pork shoulder butt, about 1cm thick and palm size
  • 2 square sheets Japanese seaweed
  • 2 rice bowls of cooked Japanese short grain rice
  • 2-4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Squeeze of mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 pieces cling wrap larger than the seaweed sheets
