  • 8. Quite steep to me,
  • 500 g cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) castor sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml (1cup) sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can of Del Monte sliced peaches (~825g)
  • 16 pieces of digestive biscuits
  • 100 g butter, melted
