  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tar tar
  • 1. Double boil the cream cheese and milk in a saucepan. Mix until the cream cheese is well combined with the milk. Set aside to cool.
  • 2. In a clean mixing bowl, put in the egg yolks, cream cheese mixture and oil, mix well.
  • 3. Add in the sieved flour and salt and mix until well blended.
  • 4. In another clean mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites with cream of tar tar until frothy.
  • 5. Gradually add in the sugar into the egg whites and whisk to stiff peak.
  • 7. Pour the egg yolk batter into the remaining egg white meringue and mix until well blended.
  • 8. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter and pour the batter into a bottom lined 7
  • 9. Water
