  • 8 g caster sugar
  • 40 g corn or sunflower oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 60 g cake flour
  • 30 g rice flour 在来米粉/粘米粉
  • 80 g fresh orange juice
  • 40 g candied orange peels 糖渍
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 5 egg whites
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar (I only used 1/2)
