Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • zest from 2 oranges (I used one orange cos I was able to get 90g of juice from one)
  • 4 Egg yolks + 1 whole egg (60g each)
  • 150 g Egg white
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar (I replaced with lemon juice)
  • 60 g Sugar
