Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Baking powder
  • 1/4 Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cups Oil
  • 1 3/4 cups/ 220g grated carrots
  • 1/4 cups Walnut, chopped ( optional)
  • 1/3 cups Pineapple, diced and cut into small pieces
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 75 g unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup icing sugar ( to taste)
  • ¼ Cup milk (to taste)
