Ingredients

  • 2.5 hours of standing to cook each layer of cake, and frost all

  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cups Milo drink, I used the premade tetra pack, warm
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup cake flour
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Pack of Milo nuggets for topping
  • Butter for brushing pan
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 3 tbsp Milo
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cornflour
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milo powder
  • 2 cups non-dairy whipping cream (pour n whip)
  • 1/4 cup Milo Powder
