Ingredients

  • 8-9 inches square pan, although I used a rectangular
  • 5 large eggs, separated
  • 1 whole egg
  • 30 g Milo powder
  • 20 g Hot water
  • 45 g Corn oil
  • 60 g Fresh milk (tetra pack Milo for a more intense flavour)
  • 60 g superfine flour/cake flour, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tar tar
  • 65 g castor sugar
