Ingredients

  • 2 个 蛋黄
  • 30 克 食油
  • 60 克 低粉
  • 2 个 蛋白
  • 2 汤匙 吉利丁
  • 300 克 芒果
  • 50 克 鲜奶油
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 g cooking oil
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 60 g superfine flour
  • 2 egg white
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 300 g mango
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 1/3 的蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊里拌均
  • 1/3 egg white mixture in egg yolk batter.
