Ingredients

  • 85 by Chef Plilip Yoong)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. plain flour
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1. Mix all the ingredients and strain them into a saucepan.
  • 2. Double boil over medium low heat, keep stirring until thick.
  • 3. Thicken the kaya with the thickening batter and continue to cook for 5 minutes more.
