Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sugar (I used organic raw sugar)
  • 50 g water chestnut flour 50ml water
  • 2 bundles of pandan leaves/screw pine leaves (I used 50g)
  • 1.5 litre water
  • 2. Wash pandan leaves and tie into bundles.
  • 2 。香兰叶洗净,绑成一束束。
  • 7. Turn off heat and serve with you tiao.
  • 7 。关火,舀入碗,加入油条就可享用。
