  • 45 g caster sugar
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsps fresh pandan juice
  • Few drops of pandan paste
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 stalks of pandan leaves cut into pieces, about 5cm long
