  • 1 - 1.5 lb of pork collar butt Or loin sliced into strips about 1"-1.5“ wide, 1" thick, and 6" long
  • 2 tbsps Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce ( Or Hoisin Sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ang Chow/Red Yeast Wine Vinesse
  • Salt to taste Optional
