I am sure the Hokkaido chiffon cupcakes are not unfamiliar with many. Put in a piping bag fitted with a big nozzle and chill in the refrigerator for an hour before piping the fillings into the cupcakes

So, here we are my greenteacupcakes with the cream cheese frosting. Then I replace the cocoa powder to the greentea powder and frost with the cream cheese frosting
And then I made some Hokkaidocupcakes for the hubby's birthday yesterday. Sent out some cupcakes and a chocolate cake last week - the little birthday boy was very happy
