Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs 20g bacon 5
  • salt
  • 2 cloud. Make a deep well in the center with the back of a spoon. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes at 200 deg C. Remove from the oven and gently drop an egg yolk into each cloud. Season with little salt and a dash of black pepper on top. Return to the oven and continue to bake for another 3 minutes and ready to serve.
