  • pkt Beehoon (Chilli Brand) – soaked and drained
  • pcs Tau kwa (dice and deep-fried)
  • red onion (cut in half and slice finely)
  • tsp tsp salt
  • tsp sugar
  • tbsp oil
  • dry chillies (soaked)
  • fresh red Chilli Padi
  • shallots
  • cloves garlic
  • tbsp dried shrimps (hay bee) to be soaked
  • tbsp Tau cheo
  • eggs (hard-boiled and cut into wedges)
  • local limes (halved)
