  • 1 cup white sugar (I ignore this)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (130g)
  • 1 egg 1 cup crushed corn flakes (60g)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (I used chopped almond 55g)
  • 1 cup quick
  • 4 cups flour, decrease to 3 1
  • 2 cups for a chewier cookie (350g biscuit flour)
  • 1 tbsp baking soda (1
  • 2 tbsp baking soda)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
