  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1. In your mixing bowl, put in flour, milk powder, yeast, salt, mix well
  • 2. Add in the condensed milk
  • 3. Add in the butter and continue kneading till you get a smooth and pliable dough.
  • Rest the dough for
  • 5. Expel the air
  • 6. Flatten the balls and shaped them into your desired shape and place the dough into your preferred tin. Let the dough rest for 45
  • 60 minutes or until they doubled up in size.
  • 7. Bake them in a preheated oven of 175
  • 18 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool them on a wire rack. (You may wish to cover the top if its browns too quickly)
