Pour cake batter into meringue and fold till just incorporated. Pour cake batter into prepared pan, smooth surface and tap pan on tabletop to burst air bubbles
I concluded after I tried the Coconut Chiffon Cake that her recipe produced chiffon cakes that are a bit "kueh-like" texture, which I don't really like
