Ingredients

  • 1 promotion for blueberries that I thought was a pretty good deal so we bought them
  • 12 of them were gone within
  • 24 hours
  • 1-1/2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed over-ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (or you can use 1/2 cup sugar)
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup blueberries
