  • 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 Egg Yolks (room temperature)
  • 65 g Fresh Milk
  • 45 g Corn oil
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Egg White (room temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp Tartar powder
  • 80 g Caster Sugar
