Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

  • 500 g cream cheese, softened
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 3/4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk (original recipe calls for sour cream) - I do not have both, so I substituted it with 1/3 tbsp lemon juice mixed with enough milk to make up 80g and let stand for 5 minutes
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medium egg yolk
  • 2 medium eggs
