  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1-2 hours or put in plastic bag, tied up without proofing and keep in fridge for at least
  • 4 hours
  • Ingredients for Bread Dough
  • 150 bread flour
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 egg (keep the balance for egg brushing)
  • 50 g blueberry sauce
  • 25 ml water
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
