  • 3 punnets but the berries are firm, sweet and juicy

  • 25 g Sugar
  • 40 g Corn oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Natural yoghurt
  • 80 g Plain flour (sifted)
  • Lemon zest from one lemon
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 55 g Sugar
  • 1 punnet/125g Fresh blueberries, sprinkle some flour on it.
