Ingredients

  • 2 cups (225g) Self
  • 2/3 cup (150g) Caster sugar (I used 120g)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Fresh milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup (100g) Chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (210g) Fresh
  • 12 holes muffin pan lined with cupcake cases and bake for
  • 30-35 minutes or until cooked when tested with
