  • Steps
  • 1 ) Cut the fish head in small piece and clean it.
  • 2 ) Marinate it with salt , curry powder and tapioca flour about half an hour .
  • 3 ) Heat oil and fried fish head.
  • 4 ) Heat wok, saute A, then add B.
  • 5 ) Add a package A1 Curry Sauce .
  • 6 ) Add fried fish head after, pour some water.
  • 7 ) Stew for 6 minutes.
