Ingredients

  • 1. 石斑鱼头块
  • 2. 淘出
  • 3 片姜煮滚至出味
  • 3. 下米粉, 试味再稍微调味, 下淡奶和
  • 1 大匙绍兴酒即熄火
  • 4. 加入已炸好的鱼肉, 葱段和蒜油即可享用。

  • 9 grouper fish head pieces (marinated in some salt, pepper and sesame oil for 1 hour)
  • 3 tbsp preserved vegetable (chopped into thin pieces)
  • 9 slices of ginger
  • 1 tomato (cut into 6 pieces)
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • Some evaporated milk
  • 210 g bee hoon (soaked to soften)
  • 3 preserved plums
  • Some shao xing wine
  • Some garlic oil
