Ingredients
材料:
15 条
年糕
半粒 白洋葱
3 粒
大蒜
3 粒
菜丸
1 片
韩式鱼板
5 片
包菜
1 粒
番茄
30 ml
高汤
1/4 颗
泡菜
酱料:
1 大勺
韩式辣椒粉
1 大勺
韩式豆瓣酱
1 大勺
韩式辣椒酱
Instructions
1. 将白洋葱,大蒜,菜丸,鱼板,包菜,番茄,葱以及泡菜 都切好备用
2. 热锅加入少许的油加入白洋葱,大蒜炒一下下,再加入菜丸,鱼板,虾,以及其他配料(除了年糕)炒香
3. 加入清水和高汤没过所有的蔬菜
4. 倒入年糕,加入酱料
5. 小火慢滚到年糕软化后就可以起锅了
