Ingredients

  • 1. 蒜头瓣放入热油里
  • 2. 加入豆酱爆香
  • 3. 砂煲烧热少许油
  • 4. 文火焖
  • 15 cloves garlic ( whole ) ( peel
  • 4 dried chilli ( cut into 2 to 3 sections )
  • 1 red chilli ( cut into triangles )
  • 2 cloves garlic ( finely chop )
  • 1. Stir
  • 2. Add soy bean paste and stir
  • 3. Heat up some oil in a claypot
  • 4. Braise over low heat for 30 minutes . Serve .
