Ingredients

  • 1. 鲜奶油层
  • 2. 取一锅
  • 3. 离火
  • 4. 待冷却后
  • 5. 放入冰箱里
  • 6. 芒果层
  • 7. 将吉利丁液倒入芒果汁里
  • 8. 倒入已经凝固的鲜奶油奶冻层上
  • 6 cups
  • 3 tsp gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 4 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1. Cream layer
  • 2. Heat the whipping cream and sugar, stir thoroughly to dissolve the sugar
  • 3. Remove from heat, add gelatin mixture
  • 4. Let it cool for
  • 5. Place the glasses tilted in a muffin pan and pour the mixture into the glasses to get the edge effect
  • 6. For mango layer
  • 7. Add gelatin mixture to the mango juice, mix well
  • 8. Pour the mango mixture over the cream layer panna cotta and refrigerate till set
