Ingredients

  • 1. 将白萝卜洗净
  • 2. 白萝卜片在大碗里铺一层
  • 3. 30 分钟后

  • 1. Clean and peel off the skin of Chinese radish. Slice it into thin slices.
  • 2. In a big bowl, place in a layer of radish slices, scatter some salt, place another layer of radish slices, scatter again some salt. Repeat the process until finish all the radish slices and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. After 30 minutes, rains with water, drain it.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder into
  • 1/3 of the radish slices, so that I have one more choice to taste
