Ingredients

  • 1. 将低粉

  • 1. Sift cake flour, salt and cocoa powder together
  • 2. Cream butter until smooth, add icing sugar and mix well
  • 3. Add in egg white in
  • 5. Fold in sifted flour into butter, mix well with a rubber spatula
  • 6. Place the batter into piping bag and pipe onto lined paper tray with desired design
  • 7. Bake preheated oven 175 deg C for about 15 minutes.
