Ingredients

  • 1/2 茶匙 香草香精
  • 1/2 杯 白脱牛奶
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1. 预热烤箱至

  • 2. Beat the butter, oil, sugar and salt until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  • 3. Stir in the vinegar and vanilla extract.
  • 4. Add the flour mixture in 3 batches, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the flour, until just combine.
  • 5. Pour the batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for about 40
  • 6. Remove the cake from oven, discard the paper and leave the cake on a rack to cool completely.
  • 7. Slice the cake into 3 layers horizontally. Sandwich the cake layers with the frosting, cover the top and side with a layer of frosting. chill before served.
