Ingredients

  • 1. Mix all of ingredients
  • 2. Place the dough in a container and cover the container with cling wrap to rest for an hour.
  • 3. Divide the dough into 10g each, wrap in some filling and roll into small ball. Place the buns on the baking tray with 2 cm spacing among them.
  • 4. Rest for about 45
  • 5. Bake with preheated oven at 170
