Ingredients

  • 1. 烧热油
  • 2. 加入适量的盐和糖调味

  • 600 g glutinous rice(washed and soaked for 4 hours and drained)
  • 150 g thick coconut milk
  • 200 g water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pandan leaves (knotted)
  • 30 buds fresh butterfly pea flowers (soaked in 3tbsp hot water)
