Ingredients

  • 1- 预热烤箱至
  • 2- 将油加热至烫手后熄火
  • 3- 打散搅匀
  • 4- 将面糊倒入炼奶蛋液中
  • 5- 蛋白打出粗泡
  • 6- 取1
  • 7- 将拌好的面糊倒入模里
  • 9- 出炉后马上倒扣
  • 1. 加热油时要用小火
  • 2. 也可以用水浴法来烘烤此蛋糕
  • 4. 蛋白霜与蛋黄糊要翻拌均匀

  • 3 egg yolks + 1 egg
  • 50 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 g low protein flour
  • 35 g corn oil
  • pinch of salt (less than 1/8 tsp, optional)
