Ingredients

  • 1/2 茶匙黄糖
  • 1. 乌冬面以热水烫过
  • 1 分钟
  • 2. 热油锅
  • 3. 加入腌好的鸡肉丝和虾仁炒至鸡肉转色
  • 4. 加入所有调味料
  • 5. 加入青葱翻炒均匀

  • 1 package of instant Japanese fresh Udon
  • 55 g chicken breast ,thinly sliced
  • (marinade 15 minutes with 1 tsp light soy sauce+ pepper)
  • 3 medium prawns
  • 1 onion, shredded
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 45 g cabbage
  • 3 mini eryngii mushroom, torn into strips
  • 4 dried chillies , cut into sections
  • 1 crab meat, cut half
  • 1 spring onion, cut into sections
  • some shredded carrot
  • some choy sum, cut into sections
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp abalone sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp peper
