Ingredients

  • 8 寸方形烤盘
  • 1. Cream the butter and caster sugar till fluffy and white
  • 2. One in a time, add in the egg, beat till well combine
  • 3. Sift the ingredients
  • 4. Add in the cool water, then add in the other half of sifted flour,mix well to form smooth batter
  • 5. Pour the batter into the lined baking tin, bake with preheated oven at
  • 6. Let the chocolate moist cake, set at the rack, slice it and serve when it is completely cooled
